"Send Kit with Voucher / Send as a Voucher" is a good option only if you are not sure when you, or the recipient, will be ready to receive and raise the insects. Please note this option is not available for all products.

Description

Our Ant Season has come to an end for 2024, but will resume again in May 2025.

Garden Ants

You will receive between 10 and 15 garden ants only, no habitat or food.

You will need to provide fresh water every day - natural spring water is best. Cornflakes or apples are the main diet of the ants! They also enjoy the inside meat of a sunflower seed or dry dog food, feed this diet once a week.

These are common garden ants and can be released to nature.

Use with the Super Forest Ant.

Please note: If your habitat requires set up, please order the ants for a future date to give you enough time, as they will need to be transferred upon arrival.

Adult Supervision required.

Ants are notorious escape artists. We recommend all precautions should be taken to cover all escape routes on any type of ant habitat - despite any claims they are escape-proof. Cover the area with sticky tape and pierce an air hole with a pin. No refund will be given in the event of these ants escaping.
